外国人に教えるアメリカ人の英語教師の勧める英語学習法 yahoo answersより。
①Rosetta Stone does not work for every type of language learner.
②Some of the other posters commented that the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in
 the culture,
③but even this will not work without study and practice. The next best way to learn is inside a classroom.
④If you don't have access to a classroom, two other good steps toward learning a language are to seek
out helpful input and to find ways to practice all the major skills:
⑤ If you can, practice speaking with a native speaker of that language
-- there are websites that allow you to connect with people through Skype.
If you can't locate a native speaker, try to find someone else who is studying your language and practice
 with him or her.
⑥Build your vocabulary by drilling yourself with flashcards.
If you need to learn a new writing system, make flashcards for the letters/symbols too.
⑦Practice writing e-mails in your target language.
⑧And to practice listening, try to find Youtube videos in that language (with subtitles, if possible).
Above all, remember that it takes a lot of work and time to learn a second language,
but keep in mind that it is one of the most valuable skills you will ever acquire.

Skypeを用いてネイティブスピーカーと話したり、メールを書いたり、英語字幕のついたyoutubeを見たり、
ずいぶん楽しそうですね。
