For me it's speaking.
I'm nervous I'll say something weird/incorrect and it's difficult to think of how to say things at a certain moment
(always get the ideas of what I COULD have said afterwards...)

Listening takes practice, but you can get into it after a while.
Writing can take a long time at the beginning, but at least you've got time to work out how to construct the sentences.
Reading is the easiest in my opinion.
If there is a word you don't understand, you can most likely work it out by context,
and it's interesting to discover new things while reading,
for example which words are used for a certain phrasal or getting to know the usages of the language better.
