The reason might be that,
・First, I choose the topic about swimming. But I can not come up with the word
about swimming(i.g crawl,breaststroke...)
・Second, I noticed the mistake that the phrase "use energy" was used instead
of "consume energy".
I always write just about 300words on independent task, so I have to think how to write more in time.
People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Some people in Japan might choose jogging or running for good health because recently many people came to enjoy running or jogging totally affected by Tokyo marathon, in which we citizens can easily participate. However I choose walking instead of running or jogging for the following reasons.
First, I can easily consume energy and burn my fat than jogging or running. It might be true that running or jogging can consume more energy and burn more fat than walking. But in my case, running or jogging is very hard because I don't usually exercise very hard. When I run, I can run only one mile without stopping. After all, I usually walk after hard but only one mile running. On the other hand, walking is not hard but I can efficiently consume energy and burn my too much fat. In addition, I can walk longer than running because, of course, it is not severe for my body, which causes more energy consuming and fat reduction than my short, that is, one mile running or jogging.
Second, I believe that walking has low risk for injuries than running or jogging. For example, now I have pain at my left knee. When I live a daily life, I don’t feel this pain, but when I exercise severely, the pain always occurs. When I exercise, I use knee supporter which mitigates my knee pain. However in case of running or jogging, I feel pain though I use a knee supporter. By contrast, if I walk for exercise, that is for consuming energy and burning fat, I never feel my knee pain if I use a knee supporter. Therefore, walking can avoid much risk for injuries than running or jogging, I think.
In conclusion, I definitely believe that walking is best exercise to stay healthy.
