I have had a headache since 2 weeks ago.
I got my limit.
Tomorrow, I will go to the hospital.

I think I am tired.
Is this cause?

Today, I learned how I remove my stress on twitter.
It is Yoga.
Although I don't learn the poses. I learn how I breath during stretching.
Immediately, I try it.

I hope that my headache is going to improve.
