My grievances hide the light of the world in me.
☆私にこれを、見るのを妨げるのに使わせないでください。
世界の光が、輝きで、このすべてを消します。

Let me not use this as a block to sight.
The light of the world will shine all this away.
I have no need for this. I want to see.
70私の救いは私から生じます。
My salvation comes from me.
☆これにとらわれて、私が、救いから目をそらすようなことがありませんように。
私は、これに、自分の救いの源の自覚を妨害させないようにします。
これには、私から救いを取り去る力はありません。
Let this not tempt me to look away from me for my salvation.
I will not let this interfere with my awareness of the Source of my salvation.
This has no power to remove salvation from me.

今、静かに目を閉じて、通常あなたの意識を占めているすべてのものを手放してください。
Very quietly now, with your eyes closed, try to let go of all the content that generally occupies your consciousness.
心を落ち着けて完璧な静けさの中にとどまって、自分の内にある光に今日、たった今、たどり着くことをどれほど強く望んでいるか、そのことだけを忘れずにいなさい。
try to settle down in perfect stillness, remembering only how much you want to reach the light in you today,—now!
☆私の不満は、私の中にある世界の光を隠しています。私は隠したものを見ることが出来ません。しかし、私の救いのために、そして、この世界の救いのために、世界の光が私に見えるようになることを望みます。
My grievances hide the light of the world in me. I cannot see what I have hidden. Yet I want to let it be revealed to me, for my salvation and the salvation of the world.
☆私がこの不満を抱いていれば、この世界の光は私から隠されるでしょう。
If I hold this grievance the light of the world will be hidden from me.
〜今日、誰かに対して不満を抱きそうになったら、
if you are tempted to hold anything against anyone today.

今日の考えを受け入れると、代価を支払わなければならないと見えます。
すなわち、あなた自身の外側にあるものは何ひとつ、あなたを救うことはできない、あなたに心の平和を与えることなどできない、ということです。
しかし、それはまた、あなた自身の外側にあるものはどんな方法であれ、あなたを傷つけることはできず、あなたの心の平和を乱すこともあなたを動揺させることもできない、ということでもあります。
It means that nothing outside yourself can save you; nothing outside yourself can give you peace. But it also means that nothing outside yourself can hurt you, or disturb your peace or upset you in any way.
☆私の救いは私から生じます。他のどこからも来るものはあり得ません。
My salvation comes from me. It cannot come from anywhere else.
☆ 私の救いはこれらの事柄のいずれからもやって来ることはできません。私の救いは私から、私からしかやって来ません。
My salvation cannot come from any of these things. My salvation comes from me and only from me.
☆ 私の救いは私から生じます。私の外部の何一つ私を引き止めることはできません。私の中に世界の救いと私自身の救いがあります。
My salvation comes from me. Nothing outside of me can hold me back. Within me is the world's salvation and my own.
