What is the market price for rent for an apartment in Tokyo?

I think the price of rent for a one room, one dining-kitching apartment in the 23 wards of Tokyo is around 70,000-80,000yen.
However, rent in places around Minato-ku and Shibuya-ku costs a little more.
HOMES-san’s page “Information On The Market Price of Rent in Tokyo” is a good reference.

Today, I looked around at the store front of a real estate agency near “Nishiogikubo, ” next to Kichijouji station.
I realized that places with rent around 60,000 to 70,000 yen were common.
By the way, the nearby Kichijouji station was chosen as the number one “Place I want to live,” and is a popular area.
When I asked my friend Emilia-chan, who lives in Sweden, she said a one-person apartment near Stockholm is around 25,000 to 75,000yen.
There’s a pretty big gap between 25,000 and 75,000yen.
But if you could live in a place for 75,000yen, that would still be cheaper than in Tokyo.
I guess rent in Tokyo is pretty high…?
Sometime soon, I’ll ask my friends from other countries how much a one=person apartment costs.
