She's tried other workouts for example walking the treadmill, but says that bores her and she ends up going home and eating afterward.
Twelve months after trying to remove five pounds to suit into that size 20 dress, Schulman was wearing a size 8.
On the recent grocery shopping, she came out of the fitting room in a dress and the saleswoman informed her it had been too big. Schulman laughed and showed the lady a picture in the old her. Then meizitang botanical slimming capsules she bought a size 4.
