But scientist and researcher Dr. Michael Mosley, known as guru of intermittent fasting, thinks he's the solution: Train everyone to learn from Intense Interval training workouts (HIITs), for example staircase sprinting, he revealed within the recent interview when using the Sydney Morning Herald.
