英語で服薬指導、今回は産科（obstetrics）です。
Patient: Hello, I have a prescription from my obstetrician. Can you help me with it?
Pharmacist: Of course. May I see your prescription, please?
Patient: Here it is. My obstetrician said it's to help with my pregnancy-related nausea.
Pharmacist: Thank you. Let me take a look. (checks prescription) You have been prescribed medication for nausea. Are you currently taking any other medications or have any other health conditions?
Patient: No, just the nausea during my pregnancy. It’s been really tough.
Pharmacist: I understand. For this medication, take one tablet three times a day as needed. It’s best to take it with a small amount of food to help reduce stomach upset.
Patient: Are there any side effects I should be aware of?
Pharmacist: Some common side effects include drowsiness and dry mouth. If you experience any severe side effects such as difficulty breathing or severe dizziness, contact your doctor immediately.
Patient: Should I avoid anything while taking this medication?
Pharmacist: Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you feel drowsy. Also, avoid alcohol as it can increase drowsiness.
Patient: Thank you for your help.

患者: こんにちは。産科医からの処方箋があります。この薬の使い方を教えてもらえますか？
薬剤師: もちろんです。処方箋を見せていただけますか？
患者: こちらです。産科医が言うには、妊娠中の吐き気を和らげるためだそうです。
薬剤師: ありがとうございます。確認しますね。（処方箋を確認）吐き気用の薬が処方されていますね。他に薬を飲んでいますか？また、他の健康状態はありますか？
患者: いいえ、妊娠中の吐き気だけです。本当に大変なんです。
薬剤師: そうですか。この薬は、必要に応じて1日3回1錠を服用してください。胃の不調を減らすために、少量の食べ物と一緒に服用するのが良いです。
患者: 気をつけるべき副作用はありますか？
薬剤師: よくある副作用には、眠気や口の渇きがあります。呼吸困難やひどいめまいなどの重篤な副作用があれば、すぐに医師に連絡してください。
患者: この薬を飲んでいる間に避けるべきことはありますか？
薬剤師: 眠気を感じる場合は、運転や重機の操作を避けてください。また、アルコールは眠気を増す可能性があるので控えてください。
