今、パンをこねる事ができるくらいには腕が動きます。
強力粉、バター、塩、砂糖、イースト、お湯
保存料なしの焼きたてのフワッフワのパンを
焼きいただくという、贅沢を覚え始めました。
発酵することで生地が膨らんでいく
生き物のようで、古代より世界中で食されているパンの魅力に
引きこまれます
