Untangling
Even without a note of music, Rebecca Bangfield is impressive – the Norwegian-Greek singer has a background in choir, revue, theatre, and classical ballet, and is a qualified school teacher, specialised in 17th–18th century Norwegian childhood history and modern English literature. That’s a whole lot of cool, and then add in that she has just released the EP “Untangling” on Jansen Records, home to so many great Nordicana musicians, and it just gets better.
Hans Kristian Nordin has produced the EP in addition to playing a host of instruments. The other contributing musicians also form a star-studded lineup of hot young musicians from Oslo: Elias Tafjord on drums, Thomas Antonio Debelian on percussion, and Elias Fløtre Løstegaard on bass.
