前作は、Massive Attack のような雰囲気があったが、
新作では、加えて
The Cure 、Siouxsie And The Banshees にあるような
雰囲気が加わる。The Cranberries もちょっとある。

Melbourne/Naarm trio Acopia are not just another band to lump in today’s burgeoning scene of classically shoegazey, modern anxiety-ridden guitar bands. The group walk their fine line of emotional weight and sonic restraint with poise. On album three, ‘Blush Response’, the band delve deeper into vulnerability whilst building on the fluidity of their multifaceted sound.
Opening track ‘Talk About It’ offers a perfect snapshot of the trio’s dreamy tendencies. With reverbs synonymous of Cocteau Twins, the song’s neatly crafted outro sees vocalist Kate Durman’s hushed mantra (“What’s in your head?”) bridge nicely into the woozy soundscapes explored on the following track ‘See You In Everyone’.
