これまでいろんな人に”ｙ”って何の略って聞かれてきた・・・・
どこにも書いてない。
しかし、TNM supplementにこう書いてある (前の版から書いてある)
the prefix "y" to indicate that this classification does not have the same reliabitity as the pTNM classification after surgery alone
となるとｙTNMは、full bright、黒字や赤字のTNMではなくて、黄色=要注意・不確か（←みにくいけど『黄色=要注意・不確か』と書いてある）

yTNMはyellow TNM、黄色いTNMと読んでやればいいんだ
ま、国際機関のUICCとしてはyがyellowだとは言いにくいのもわかる。
