【Nagomi Visit Guests from Austria】
今日のゲストはベルリン在住のKimさんと Mariellaさん。
Kimさんは南ドイツ出身でMariellaさんはオーストリアのウィーン出身。
ヨーロッパの人達は日本の県レベルで別の国に移り住んでいるかんじです。
うどんが好きで日本のカレーに興味があるということで、日本のおうちカレーと、めんつゆをたしたおそば屋さんのカレーうどん、餃子、うめきゅうなどなどを用意しました。
日本にはたくさんのカレールーがあり、家によってルーを混ぜて使っていると、我が家定番のゴールデンカレー甘口とこくまろ辛口のパッケージを見せたら写真を撮っていました。
ドイツやオーストリアでは銀行員しかスーツを着ないそうで、日本に到着した時、日本はこんなにたくさん銀行員がいるの！？とびっくりしたそうです。
今日も楽しい国際交流でした。
Today's guests are Kim and Mariella, who live in Berlin. Kim is from southern Germany, and Mariella is from Vienna, Austria. It seems that people in Europe often move between countries, like Japanese move between the prefectures.
They both enjoy udon and are interested in Japanese curry, so I prepared some home-style Japanese curry, curry udon, gyoza, ume kyuu (pickled plum and cucumber), and more. There are many types of curry roux in Japan, and I explained that when Japanese people make curry rice at home, we often mix different brands.
In Germany and Austria, only bankers wear suits, so when they arrived in Japan, they were surprised to see so many people in suits and we thought there were lots of bankers in Japan!
I enjoyed international exchange today as well.
