Gaudericさんはフランス出身でPaulaさんはアルゼンチン出身。
Gaudericさんはお茶の会社で働いていて抹茶に、Paulaさんは建築家で日本のアートに興味があるということでした。
餃子を希望されたので、松原にある羽根木餃子さんでチーズ、トマト、シソ、生姜、そしてノーマル餃子と5種類の餃子を用意してみました。
そして食後は抹茶を点ててみようと準備していたのですが、京都で本格的な抹茶体験をしてきたということで、急遽おりがみ体験に変更しました。
そしてPaulaさんから「『わびさび』や『やりがい』という言葉の概念はどうやって学ぶの？」などなかなか難しい質問があり、的確に答えることができず。。。
こういった質問をされて、日本文化を改めて考えるきっかけになることもＮＡＧＯＭＩ VISITの魅力だと感じました。
