When I made Dorayaki, I didnt use all custard, so I looked for a receipe that I could use it.
Then I found it on Cookpad.com
and made this "American Style Banana Pudding."
The sponge cake part is actully "Kasutera", so this is layers of Kasutera, Banana and Custard.
The top is meringue. Put it in a pre-heated oven untill the surface gets burned.
It is really sweet, but I liked it!
