Dell’s XPS 8700 was one of the first models to be updated with the new chips and it rocks a Core i7-4770 with a robust configuration for just $699.99.
Backing up the powerful Core i7-4770, which clocks up to 3.9GHz, is 8GB of RAM, a 1TB hard drive, and Radeon HD 7570 1GB graphics. The standard features on the 8700 are impressive, six USB 3.0 ports (two on the front), four USB 2.0 ports (two on the front), one powered USB charging port, 19-in-1 media card reader, both HDMI and DisplayPort video output, Wireless-N, Bluetooth 4.0, and more.
The same piano black chassis is carried over from the XPS 8500 and it is all protected by a one-year warranty that includes in-home service and 24×7 premium phone support. We rarely saw Ivy Bridge Core i7 desktops drop this low in price and this is not only an all-time low price on the new XPS 8700, but also the lowest price we’ve seen on any remotely comparable Haswell desktop to date.
