Taken a liking to exploration during my off days now that I (kind of) dropped my other committments.
The interesting thing was that I had meant to chill at Clarke Quay, but the changed my mind on a whim halfway through the bus journey.
ちょっと落ち込んだからこの間散歩しにきました。
Kwan Im Cho Temple at Waterloo Street.
Had to do some prayers which I missed out on the second day of Chinese New Year with my family as I had to work.
Not forgetting the numerous peddlers outside touting their fresh flowers to devotees going to pray at the temple.
I was amazed by the Chinese New Year festive decoration at the Hindhu temple right next to it and more so, the state of religious and racial harmony we have in Singapore.
Many Buddhist devotees stop to offer incense sticks to pray after they are done with their session at Kwan Im Cho Temple.
Sometimes, you need not go far to witness enthralling sights. It can be just right at your doorstep.
