#asianheritagemonth I’m so glad to be a part of this virtual worship @middlechurch 💋  We have been patient to be understand correctly our Asian culture&behavior for a while in other western countries.  So many Asians fought for their rights and now we can do many things without struggling because of our “friends” did in the past.  I hope I could be a good Asian model for next generation’s treasure what they can get more.    日曜日のバーチャルワーシップにて、私の過去のソロダンスも配信されました。  今月はアジア諸国の人達、カルチャーをフューチャーした月です。  コロナの影響で心ない声をかけられたり、未だに暴力を振るわれている人もいると聞きます。  世界中でアジアでは当たり前だった「マスク」をする習慣が出来たことは、私達アジア人が誇れることだと思っています。  いつの時代もアジア人が西洋文化圏で認められるのって歴史的に見ても時間がかかるんです。  でも過去の先輩達がやってきた恩恵を受けて、「日本人は良い人たちだ」「礼儀正しい」「きっちりしている」など友好的な目で見てもらえることは沢山あります。  私達も先輩達に習って、アジア人の良い所を知ってもらって後輩達に引き継いで行けたらいいなって海外にいると切に思います。  チャドさんのお話も素晴らしかったし、世界中でお琴を演奏されているゆみさんともこの教会で出会えたことは私にとっての「宝物」です！ #asian #asiandancer #asianperformers #nycdancers #beproudofyourself
