Our trainer came to our school today.
I like her because she is really nice,easy to talk and funny.She's very experienced,too.
Today I had a meeting with her for about thirty mins.We talked pretty much about business (of course),but she answered all the questions I asked her about work. She seemed to know how to solve all the problems I faced at work. and I thought it was really cool.
and I had a three-year-old class today. It was a nightmare as I was worried.but good thing that no kids cried. I'm preety sure this circus-like class is going to be continuing at least for a month.Yeah I can controle lions!! lol
and my trainer observed my eight oclock adult's lesson.
It was a huge class that three out of six student were new and the ages were all different from a teennager to a retired.
so I was a bit worried abou a class controle.
I tried to image how to do the lesson several times before the class, and because of that and with the good students'class participation, it went well and my trainer said to me that I did a great job and that she loved my lesson!
I was so happy!
