Buehrle Collection at the National Art Center.

The other day, upon the request of my son, I took him to The National Art Center, Tokyo to see the Impressionists masterpieces from the E.G. Buehrle Collection. Buehrle was an art collector who had invested a lot to collect works of French Impressionists and they were opened to the public after his death. Works of great painters like, Monet, Degas, Renoir and Cezanne, who we learned in school, were exhibited in front of us and impressed deeply in my heart with what they wanted to express on canvas.

Such touching experience from genuine work is irreplaceable with other things. I hope my son gained a lifelong experience, too.
