Bakery PAUL
Bakery “PAUL” re-opened at Kitasenju LUMINE last December. Exactly speaking, before it had been located at Marui department store next to the station but was closed a couple of years ago. I used to buy them sometimes because the shop served really genuine European style bread, therefore it was great disappointment to see the closing notice of the shop at Marui. I remember, on the day, a western guy, standing behind me, screamed “OH NO!” with full expression of despair on his face. Certainly, many people loved the bakery and felt like the western guy. According to their website, re-opening day at LUMINE, there was a long queue of bread lovers before the opening time.
