The day before yesterday, there were disturbances at many Domino Pizza shops. Recently, Domino Pizza offers “Buy one, get one free” campaign and many people ordered Pizza for Christmas Eve party. But on the day of Eve, as they came to shop, they couldn’t have the pizza they ordered and had to wait in the long queue for hours. Many were frustrated to keep standing outside of the shops under cold winter sky. So they accused shop assistants with loud voice and offensive language. Poor assistants called police to let them calm down. They say that the chaotic situation continued till late night.
According to several news sources, the situation happened at many DP shops on the day. So it must not be single person’s fault but be a serious trouble of ordering system. I strongly hope that the ones who were in charge of maintaining the system should feel their responsibilities.
