At last, Mikuri and Hiramasa slept together in same bed and shared bliss of love. They became genuine lover and spent sweet moments of life every day and night. Whatever the frame of love may be, Mikuri thought, their contract marriage can be maintained as it used to be.

After the first night with Mikuri, Hiramasa couldn’t stop smiling even at his work place. He didn’t know that the company 3I solutions is about to lay him off. On Sunday, Numata visited Hiramasa to tell him about it. He sensed the truth of his marriage is employment of Mikuri, which indicates Hiramasa is affordable to pay for a housekeeper. To protect other employees who have very little to live on, Numata had to put his name on the candidate list. Hiramasa made up his mind to leave 3I and came to make a new life plan.

Same day, Mikuri attended to a gathering of local business owners. Her plenty of ideas moved Yassan to invite her to talk something about revitalize their business. Mikuri suggested to them a farmer’s market at a shrine. By gaining an encouraged feeling, the owners asked her to help the event voluntary. She rejected such no-paid work by saying “NO to exploitation of worthwhile!” but in the end, accepted the request on the condition of receiving the compensation for labor.

Another day, Hiramasa asked Mikuri to go out for dinner. She welcomed his first dating invitation. Surprisingly, what was waiting for her at the restaurant was unexpected marriage proposal from Hiramasa. Listening of his proposal carefully, however, she found that it was the end of the contract marriage and questioned him whether he wants her to do no-paid labor.

Hiramasa was confused and asked her if she doesn’t like him.

Mikuri answered “It is an exploitation of kindness. NO to exploitation of love!”
