Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte left Japan this evening. He has been in Tokyo for three days for his first official visit to Japan. He is well known as a man with offensive language, particularly toward the Unites States. This time, he appealed that he has been a synthesizer for Japan and he stands for Japan’s side. But just a week ago he showed friendly attitude to China and didn’t even mention about the controversial sea area between the two countries.
