Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte left Japan this evening. He has been in Tokyo for three days for his first official visit to Japan. He is well known as a man with offensive language, particularly toward the Unites States. This time, he appealed that he has been a synthesizer for Japan and he stands for Japan’s side. But just a week ago he showed friendly attitude to China and didn’t even mention about the controversial sea area between the two countries. It seems that he  changes his language with places and occasions. Which words of Duterte shall we trust?
