New NHK historical drama serise has started today.
"Sanadamaru" (真田丸）which focuse on the life of Nobushige Sanada. (1567 - 1615)
In today's epsode, the fall of the Takeda family was described.
It was so miserable that Takeda, Katsuyori was betrayed by his retainers.
They were the ones who had served Takeda family for long time and were trusted by Katsuyori.
But with their betrayal Takada family was collapsed from inside.
Not long after that Katsuyori was forced to commit suicide.
You would say it was just a drama but it was based on historical fact.
It tells me a lot about how difficult to survive in human society, whenever it is war time or not.
For instance, I am working with colleagues in my company but they can be my foes if business environment is changed.
Just as the Age of Civil wars in Japan, trust and betrayal would be two sides of same coin.
The reality can be applied to present our lives, either.
