I can't find the cool touch blanket!!

I got it last summer. (;´Д`)ノwhere?

 

Anyway,

Let's make curry and rice! (・∀・)

I boiled some potatoes, and fried onions and beef. 

And then I put some curry cubes in the pot.... Gosh!! it was short of cutty cubes. (;´Д`)ノnooo!!

 

Well, I added fish soup stock and noodles soup base for buckwheat noodles.

And made fried egg with green onions. 

 

It was slightly rich taste but delicious!! (°∀°)b 

I added more starch.

 

After that I went walking. I walked less 5.0 km tonight.

It was hot tonght then I sweated and it smell bad pheromones from my body. ( ̄▽+ ̄*)

(I took a shower as soon as I came back home)

 

And I ate shaved ice with coffee flavor to cool the hot body. (・∀・)

 

 

 

 

冷感タオルケットが見つからない!

去年の夏買ったばかりなのにー(;´Д`)ノドコジャー

 

それはさておき、

今夜はカレーじゃ!(・∀・)

ジャガを茹でて、玉ねぎと牛肉を炒める。

それらを鍋に入れて、カレー粉(キューブ)を入れ・・・あぁっ!カレー粉がた、足りない!(;´Д`)ノnoooo!!

 

う~む、出汁入れて、麺つゆ入れた。

玉子焼きもネギ入れて焼いた。

 

ちょっと濃い~味だけどうまくできたw (°∀°)b デラウマ!

あと、片栗粉入れてとろみもだしたぞ!

 

食った後は運動。今夜は5.0㎞弱かな。

今夜も暑い!汗だく&体中から ふぇろもん を放出。( ̄▽+ ̄*)フハハ

(帰ってきてすぐにシャワー)

 

運動後はかき氷、こーしー味じゃ!火照った体を冷やさねばw (・∀・)
