I boiled vegetables and fried tofu with soy sauce called "Nibitashi".

Well, it could be true one?
And made Loco Moco with garlic and soy sauce. (・∀・)
That Nibitashi tasted so bland. On the other hand, that Loco Moco tasted so rich.
Well, I should've made them better. σ(^_^;)
By the way, I'm not going to back to my parents' house this weekend.
I have to have a car check but I'll have a relaxing time at home tomorrow. (￣▽+￣*)

さて、これで正解・・・なのか？
もう一品、ロコモコ風を作った。こっちはニンニク醤油で。(・∀・)
煮浸しは超薄～い味に、ハンバーグは超濃い～味になってしまった。

さて、今週末は実家にはいく予定なし。
