Oh, my cheek and eyes looked dropping!! I took it after work so it looked tired. (;・∀・)
Anyway,
I went to see a dentist after work today. (^-^)/
I've already finished the tooth treatment but why I had to go there again? routine check up? (-ω-?)
Then the dental assistant cleaned my teeth and Oh, I took a lecture how to brush the teeth.
Before that I took the check if I've brushed the teeth well. Oh, I did it after work but I haven't heard the check it up. Σ(ﾟдﾟ;)gosh!!
Then the assistant prised me. (;ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3
And she adviced me how to brush them but really? I should put the toothbrush on the bottom of the teeth so hard and vibrate it. Ouch! the gums were so painful!! （/TДT)/ gyaaaah!
The assistant and dentist told me that pushing the toothbrush on the gums so hard makes the gums get toned up. (°∀°)b
I can bleed from the gums. 。(´д｀lll)
Oh, I should go there again in 2 months? | 壁 |д･) no!

それはさておき、
仕事終わりに歯医者へ。(^-^)/
もう治療は終わっとるのになぜ呼ぶんじゃ？定期健診か？(-ω-?)
歯科助手のおねえさんがまず歯の掃除。そして、歯磨きのレクチャーを受けた。
その前に、きちんと歯を磨けているかチェック。って一応仕事終わりに歯を磨いたけど聞いてないよーΣ(ﾟдﾟ;)ﾅﾆｨ
うまく磨けていると歯科助手のおねえさんに褒めてもらった。(;ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3ﾊｧﾊｧ
そして磨き方。歯ブラシを歯茎に強く押し当てて小刻みに磨くべし！
って歯茎が痛いー（/TДT)/ｷﾞｬｧｧｧ
歯科助手さん&先生曰く、強く歯茎を刺激すれば歯茎が締まるんじゃ！と。(°∀°)b
歯茎から血がでてしまうわ！。(´д｀lll) ｲﾀｰｲ
