I made cream stew with lots of spinach and broccolies, then it looked green. Σ(ﾟдﾟ;)oh!

Anyway,
It was sunny... oh, yellow sand was fliying? looked slinghtly dark but I hanged the duvets on the balcony. (・∀・)
I picked up some pinches for the duvets, Gosh!! some stink bugs was hiding!! (;´Д`)ノso creepy!!
Then I picked up and threw them away with a big tweezers(for fish tank) on the balcony. (ﾞ ｀-´)/
By they way, raspberry plants began to sprout up in the warm weather.
Hope they can bear lots of fruit this Autumn. o(^-^)o
I was watering them, Gosh!! I found some stink bugs on the planter again!!
I picked up and thew them away with the big tweezers on the balcony. (# ﾟДﾟ)ノ shit!
And I spread fertitizer and insect repellent.
At night, I went walking for the first time in 2 months.
It was too warm(hot) to walk and it seems I've lost stamina since I skipped it.
I walked only 3.0 km tonight. (*´Д`) out of breath....

それはさておき、
暖かいねー・・・ってなんかややどんより。黄砂か？でも布団干しちゃったｗ (・∀・)
布団ばさみを取ったら、あぁっ！何匹かカメムシが隠れてたー！(;´Д`)ノ ｷﾓｰｲ!
でっかいピンセット(水槽用)でつまんでベランダから捨ててやった！(ﾞ ｀-´)/ﾎﾟｲｯ
話変わって、暖かくなってベランダのラズベリーが芽吹き始めたぞ！
今年はもりもり実がなってほしいなーo(^-^)o ﾜｸﾜｸ
と、水をあげてたら、おいっ！ここにもカメムシがおるじゃないかー
でっかいピンセットでつまんで放り投げた。(# ﾟДﾟ)ノ ﾑｯｶｰ
あと、肥料と避忌剤撒いておいた。
夜、約2か月ぶりにウォーキングを開始。
ちょっとウォーキングには暖かすぎかも。しばらくさぼってたせいで体力は激落ち。
3.0㎞でやめといた。(*´Д`)ﾊｧﾊｧ
