タイトルは 「i hate u」
今回の曲はなんと浮気がテーマ！！！yeahyeah,
３枚目になるI&Sのシングル、制作にあったてISSAさんと話してて一作目「Breathe」では男の一途な想いを表現し、二作目「4Chords」では大きな愛を歌い、じゃ“今回はおちるとこまでおちよう”ってとこから始まりました。
まぁ、敢えてもっと言うとその“浮気”ってテーマは 愛するもの／信頼してるものからの裏切りのメタファーなんですけどね。
てかなんと言っても今回は歌詞がヤバい！
え！？メジャーでこんなの出して良いの？ってくらいです。
でも浮気されたらそうだろ？
浮気されてきれいごと言えないもんな。
信用してた人に裏切られたときの孤独さ、怒り、痛み、それを何もかくさず ありのままの感情を書き上げた歌詞です。
でも俺とISSAさんとこの曲のデモをとった時、このままだとなぜその女性が浮気したか分かんないし、フェアじゃねぇなってとこから ROLAさんに入っていただきました。
浮気をされた側、浮気をした側、なぜそうなったのか、そしてその結果どうなるのかという曲です。
この曲はみんなが知ってるI&SやROLAとは全然違うと思うが俺からしてそれが最高に思える。

Hey wassup yall!!! yup yup the new songs of ISSA and SoulJa + Rola = i hate uthought i`d write a little in english too for those over seas.yeah so this is the 3rd single by me and Issa and when we started working on it we thought to our selves since Breathe and 4 chords was da way it was, what can we do different this time around? so we was like why don`t we jus get our hearts broken. not just broken but smashed to the point of breaking down. so the whole story is about a guy finding out his girl was seeing someone else on the side. cheating. betrayal. and yes there is a lot of strong words used ( i`m actually surprised they let me "of the chain" so to speak) but to me that was the most honest way the words came out.When some one you love and trust betrays u in this way, well honestly need i say more? lolanywayz, but while we was in the studio and recording, at first we did not have any plan
s on having a female vocalist join us. but as the song and
story developed i thought to myself "wait, why did she cheat?". i mean as is writen in Issa`s part, the couple in this story had even picked names for kids (as a joke but still), they had met each others parents (always a big step) and even gave each other keys to their each others place. Obviously they really care for each other, then what happend!?that is when we reolized we need a female part. not to make excusses for cheating, but to explain why and show her side of the story. in the end both characters in this story are the victims. i hope you enjoy. and keep a look out for the 2nd song of the single D.T.N.A!!!
