Dear Dr Knoepfler,

I am Japanese named GakuTomiko who is posting some topics in my blog about STAP cell scandal in 2014. I am just a medical doctor.

Your effort against suspicious stem cell therapy is very much appreciated in Japan.

Health insurance in Japan is covered by government completely.
On the other hand, in the United States, since it is a free practice country, you and your colleagues are striving to eradicate FDA unauthorized and dubious stem cell therapy. I think that it is highly appreciated by American people.

Recently, you answered Japanese named Mari who introduced my blog.
Concerning about this comment, there are a little bit misunderstanding between her (Mis Mari) and me.

I am afraid that her mention "your position on stem cell treatments that most of them are just costly and meritless" might bother you.
She meant by this non-authoritative stem cell therapy.

Thus,I like to inform you that your effort about pro-stem-cell therapy was appreciated by us and many other medical doctors in Japan, too.

I hope you read my this post in my blog,

Regards,
Gaku
