丹羽氏の実験において、緑色蛍光を発した細胞が2個みえます。これを丹羽氏は図4で示しています。酸ストレスを与えない肝臓細胞の凝集塊においても、低頻度でOCTの発現があります。ATP浴後の凝集塊の場合は19/97(20%)でOCTが発現しています。
下記の記載は、巨核細胞の存在をしてしており、緑に光る４ｃの２個の細胞ではないか？と推定します。
In cell aggregates derived from ATP-treated liver cells, the 4-positive cells were typically positioned in the center of the cell aggregates and exhibit large nuclei, and were surrounded by Oct3/4-negative cells with small nuclei at the peripheries of the cell aggregates (Fig. 4c).
