.htaccessを有効にする

ubunutuの場合は

/etc/apache2/sites-available/default
/etc/apache2/sites-available/default-ssl

の有効にしたいDirectoryの設定を

AllowOverride All

に変更してapacheの再起動

例

<Directory /var/www/>
　　Options IncludesNoExec FollowSymLinks MultiViews
　　AllowOverride All
　　Order allow,deny
　　allow from all

※設定は記載したDirectory以下に有効になることを気をつけて
