なんと創業３８０年の老舗！
可愛らしい一口サイズの和菓子。
薄皮で包んだ上品な甘さのこし餡。上に散らしてあるゴマが効いてます。
餡子があまり得意ではないのですが、これはとても美味しいです！
ゴマの量は決して多くはないのですが、不思議と、口に入れた時にゴマの香ばしい香りがパッと広がります。餡子も甘すぎず絶妙！
緑茶やほうじ茶との相性はもちろんいいですが、私のオススメはルイボスティーです。緑茶やほうじ茶と合わせるよりも、お菓子の風味がよく感じられ、後味もスッキリ。ルイボスティーがお好きな方は是非。

Pretty bite size Japanese sweets. Soomth bean paste with elegant sweetness wrapped in thin skin. Sesame scattered on the top works. I am not very good at Japanese bean paste, but this is very delicious!
The amount of sesame is never many, but I felt strange fragrant of sesames. And the smooth bean paste was not too sweet!
Of course compatibility with green tea and hojiji tea is nice, but my recommendation is rooibos tea. Rather than combining with green tea and roast tea, I could felt the sweet flavor well, and the aftertaste is also refreshing. If you like rooibos tea please come.
