[ PILATES REFORMER ] 8-MINUTE TABATA REFORMER CHALLENGE - FOR LOWER BODY


This TABATA infused reformer workout consisting 8 rounds with 4 kinds of workouts for each side is programed for strengthening the lower body and improving endurance. You may give your clients 3 options - high, moderate, and light as follows (On/Off):

- High: 50/10 seconds

- Moderate: 40/20 seconds

- Light: 30/30 seconds

- 1 medium spring

- Foot bar #1


1 squats standing on toes

2 glute press

3 side splits - carriage leg pressing

4 glute press - hands on foot bar
