日が昇るとともに落ち着いてきました。
地震の発生直後から心配してご連絡を下さった方々
本当にありがとうございます
会津の地は無事です
いまのところ 直接の被害もありません
気にかけてくださること
心を寄せてくださること
本当に嬉しく思います
ありがとうございます
地球の呼吸のひとつ・・・
そうはわかっていても心配なものです。。。
どうかあまり大きくありませんように・・・
そして心平穏でいられますように・・・

There is a big earthquake around Fukusima/Miyagi area this early morning.
My family and I are all safe, even though my area also had a long big one.
I got a lot of messages to ask if everything is ok right after the earthquake had happened. I felt a lot of love.
Thank you SO much for all of your love and support.
I do believe that everything is ok and the power of this beautiful mother earth.
Let's do what we can do, keep sending/spreading love and light.
