<Opens the big envelope and takes out all the collected cards and also the printed list of messages and music requests submitted by fans electronically.>

CT: So there is a whole point to these cards. <turning to the moderator> I didn’t really do my job well, you sent me this. <continues explaining to SL> So they have on one side a message for you, message of love.
