To my surprise, I'm actually still continuing a journey to become a fishing master in Pigg... Well not quite, but still. I've never been able to continue any sorts of fishing games, on line nor in real world fishing! Even just friendly fishing competitions with my cousins in family reunions when I was young, I was the first one to cuss out of the fishing area.
Just to show how I suck at "Fishing" in general: Last Summer, my priest took me out on his sailing trip to the Lake Erie, the largest lake of the Great Lakes. I tried fishing from his boat, while he took the control over the sailing boat. Well, as soon as I started on fishing, within no longer than 5 minutes have gone by, my priest was in to listen to how I normally talk in stressful situations. Yeah, those damn words that would be censored out, if you are on TVs, were on parades one right after another! My priest just shook his head with his signature smartypants smirk on his face. Then, he realized, "what" I had been cussing about. Well, it was not just that I wasn't getting anything, I mean, I expected that myself, but along side the sailing boat, a group of cormorants were fishing like maniacs! They just swam around and with each dives they performed, they seemed to be catching fishes... I don't think they "meant" it, but they kept turning their heads toward me after swallowing fishes they caught, and gives out li'l cries among themselves, like as if they were saying, "oh look at that poor boy, can't even get one fish!"... Well, ok, may be I was just getting too defensive here, but c'mon, every time I threw in my baits, they tend to take dives... well, I mean, I already was having hard time enough, without having those groups of "fishing masters" to compete against, gimme a break, yanno? My priest busted out in laugh and told me, they never get that close to his ship, when he goes to sailing by himself. He went, "They are definitely teasing you!" So, the whole day of sailing, my priest had to listen to the quacking sounds that the cormorants made, followed by my cries of cussing right after.
Anyhow, with that, you probably got the idea that the fishing is one sport that I really detest. So, it IS a surprising thing that I'm even continuing on the fishing games on Pigg's world, and today, I've reached the Lv.5 on the fishing game, although I'm not sure if the level has anything to do with easiness for catching better paying fishes... But anyways. I also caught the Nemo in Ogasawara area for the first time!! Is it just me, that it seems fishing in Ogasawara (green) is easier than fishing in Japanese Sea (green) locales? I mean, I could easily make profit of fishing points in Ogasawara, but never in Japanese Sea locales... Hmmmm!
