母親が亡くなって、市役所、年金事務所、生命保険の手続きや銀行、郵便局、登記変更など
手続きで忙しい毎日が続きました。
そして、初めて書類の手続きが多いことに戸惑いました。
それは母親の予貯金を相続するのに、戸籍謄本を何度も市役所に出向いて取得したことです。
何故か、銀行によって戸籍(除籍)謄本の取得内容に違いがみられました。
1、岡*信用金庫では、母親と私の戸籍謄本(マイナンバーでコンビニ取得可能)で口座解約ができました。
2、郵*銀行では、母親の結婚日から死亡までの戸籍謄本が必要で、再度市役所で取得しやっと口座解約ができました。
・郵*窓口と長時間議論したのですが、決まりだから必要と言われ仕方なく市役所に出向きました。
3、U**銀行では、母親の出生から死亡までの戸籍謄本が必要と言われ、また再度市役所に行ったのですが、
母は岡崎生れで8歳から12歳の間東京に戸籍を移していた事がわかり、「東京の区役所から約4年間の戸籍謄本
を取り寄せて下さい」と銀行窓口の事務員に言われ、またもや長時間議論しました。
「戦時中の東京空襲で戸籍が焼けていたらどうするのだ!」と怒ってしまいました。
結局、8歳から12歳の戸籍謄本が必要か否か銀行本部の判断に任せる事にし、受理はしてもらいました。
その後、本部から電話があり、子供の頃の妊娠出産は無いと判断してもらい口座解約ができました。
つまり銀行によって口座解約が容易でないことを初めて知りました。
銀行預金する際は窓口は笑顔ですが、引き出す(解約)する際は渋い顔。
解約は簡単では無いが、詐欺師が簡単に引き出しても困ります。
各銀行で預金残高証明書作成に500円~700円も払い、1年の利息以上を支払いました。
各銀行の手続きが終わり、次は自宅の登記変更手続きをすることにしました。
その銀行経験をもとに司法書士に依頼するのでは無く、自分自身で申請することにしました。
法務省法務局のHPを確認すれば、登記申請書類と記入例があり自分で作成すれば提出できます。

登記申請は、先入感で司法書士に依頼しなければならないと思っていたのですが、申請書と必要書類、相続人の
署名、印鑑、評価価格が準備出来れば素人でも作成できます。
提出後、数か所記入間違いが有り修正の連絡で再度法務局に行き、その場で修正、訂正印を押し問題なく終了しました。
自身で申告したので司法書士費用の約10万円を削減できました。
但し、私の場合は母親と私だけで容易ですが、複数の物件、複数の相続人の場合は司法書士に依頼したほうが良さそうです。
そして、今取り組んでいるのは相続税の申告書作成です。相続税は10カ月の猶予がありますが、早めに申告書を作成し
脱税は無いようにしたいと思います。

また、今月末49日を終えるので納骨の日取りを決め母親の供養をしたいと思っています。
会社勤めの人は忙しいので無理でしょうが、毎日暇な人は自分自身で申請をすれば良い経験となります。

2. Japan Post Bank needs a copy of the family register from the date of marriage to the death of the mother, and I finally got it at the city hall and closed the account.
・ I had a long discussion with the mail office, but I was told that it was necessary because it was a rule, so I went to the city hall.
3. At U ** Bank, it is said that a copy of the family register from birth to death of the mother is required.
I went to the city hall again,I learned that my mother was born in Okazaki and had moved to Tokyo between the ages of 8 and 12.
The clerk at the bank counter said, "Please order a copy of your family register for about four years from the ward office in Tokyo," and we discussed it for a long time again.
"What if my family register was burned by the wartime air raid on Tokyo!" I got angry.
In the end, I decided to leave it to the bank headquarters to decide whether or not a copy of the family register of 8 to 12 years old was necessary, and I was accepted.
After that, I received a phone call from the headquarters and was able to cancel the account because it was judged that I had no pregnancy and childbirth as a child.
In other words, I learned for the first time that it is not easy for banks to close their accounts.
The window is smiling when making a bank deposit, but a reluctant face when withdrawing (cancelling).
Cancellation is not easy, but it is not easy for a scammer to withdraw.
Each bank paid 500-700 yen to create a certificate of deposit balance and paid more than one year's interest.
After completing the procedures for each bank, I decided to change my home registration.
Based on that banking experience, I decided to apply by myself instead of asking a scrivener.

I thought that I had to ask a judicial scrivener to apply for registration with a sense of prejudice.
If the application form and necessary documents, the signature of the heir, the seal, and the evaluation price are ready, even an amateur can create it.
After submitting, there were some mistakes in the entry, so I went to the Legal Affairs Bureau again to contact me for corrections.
I made corrections on the spot, stamped the correction mark, and finished without any problems.
Since I filed it myself, I was able to reduce the cost of a judicial scrivener by about 100,000 yen.
However, in my case, it is easy only for my mother and me,
In the case of multiple properties and multiple heirs, it seems better to ask a scrivener.
And now I'm working on preparing an inheritance tax return.
There is a 10-month grace period for inheritance tax, but prepare a tax return early.
