　東京都をはじめ、国内主要都市で新型コロナウイルスの感染者が増加し、死者数は5000人を超えた。
重傷者の増加傾向は急激になり、死者は加速的に増加している。

　愛知県も緊急事態宣言が出たため、飲食店は8時以降に閉店となっている。
東岡崎駅前で6時から居酒屋で飲んでいたら７時30分でお酒のオーダーストップされ、8時に居酒屋を出た。
そして、8時過ぎに行きつけのガールズバーに行ったら閉店していた。『ガッカリ』
次に近所のスナックに行くもまたもや閉店。しかたなく自宅に戻りスコッチウイスキーを飲むことにした。

　ワクチン接種は2月後半に出来る様だが、医療従事者から接種するので、日本全国民に行き渡るのはずっと先かもしれない。
春を過ぎても感染拡大が収束しなければ、夏のオリンピックは開催できない事態になるかもしれない。

　新型コロナウイルスの感染者数増加を抑えるには３密（密閉・密集・密接）を避けることが重要であるが、そもそも感染者が存在しなければ、感染することは無い。
よって感染者を洗い出し隔離すれば良いのだが、クラスター調査は保険所職員マンパワーの限界を超えている。

またPCR検査の数は政府、保健所が検査数をコントロールしている様で、陽性者を洗い出すことができてない。
無症状では、保健所に連絡してもPCR検査をしてもらえないので、個人で9000円～15000円を出費して民間医院で検査する人も増えている。
しかし、その検査結果で陽性になった場合、世間体を考えて感染を隠している人もいる様だ。

東京新聞によれば「PCR検査1980円、東京駅近くに開業　初日はアクセスが殺到…」の様に市民はPCR検査を求めている。

　感染が分かった場合、家族と感染防止をする必要があるが、家庭内で感染防止をすることは容易ではない。
家庭内で常時マスクをすることなど到底できない。夫婦間で感染。親から子へ、子から親へ、また祖父母へ。
日本の住宅事情は狭い部屋で数も少ない。感染者がホテルに隔離となれば、家族の生活を考えなければならない。
保健所、行政は感染者の隔離を手配しても残った家族の面倒を見てくれない。
そこに問題が多く潜んでいるため更に感染拡大を増加させていると思われる。

厚生労働省が推奨している感染防止アプリcocoaは陽性者と接触確認をしても無いと出る。（私の場合は157日間接触無し）
保険所介入時は陽性を入力をするが、個人検査では陽性を入力しないかもしれない。
よってアプリで陽性者と接触確認の信頼性は、低いと思われる。

また感染者の退院28万5522人は、治療後に再発を知らず市中感染を広めているかもしれない。

厚生大臣（田村憲久）は、積極的にPCR検査増加と無償化、アプリcocoaを積極的に推奨するべきです。

　新型コロナウイルスで死亡者が5000人を超え死亡率1.4％であるが、退院後に後遺症に悩む患者が多いとされている。
そこに新型コロナの恐ろしさが有る。


また、国内で使われている治療薬は主に８種類ある様だが、使用実績と効果を開示し死者数を低減する方策を国民に説明し、
医師の処方箋で患者が治療薬を薬局で入手できる様にする必要が有る。

緊急事態宣言が終わったら、居酒屋、キャバクラ、ガールズバーに行く予定だが、会食後うがいを心掛ける事と、治療薬、ワクチン接種で感染しても軽症でありたいと思っている。

5000万円＋1000万円／人＝6000万円なので相続税不要だったのです。

よって、現在は相続税の申告をする人達が増えたと思います。
国の財源事情を鑑みれば致し方無いことでしょう。

現在の相続税は
1000万円以下10％、1000万円以上15％、3000万円以上20％、5000万円以上30％、
１億以上40％、３億以上50％、６億以上55％。

しかし、子供のスキル、能力が無ければ社会に貢献することはできない。

貧富を問わず全ての子供が自由な教育、スキル、能力を向上させることで
個性が磨かれ日本は世界と対等となり、繁栄できるだろう。

もう一度相続税の有り方を討議する必要があると思うのですが・・・。
