　菅内閣が解散し、岸田内閣が発足しました。
新型コロナの感染者も減少傾向となり、緊急事態宣言も解除されました。
私も待ちかねた様に居酒屋へ飲みに行ったところ、大勢の人があちこちで飲んでいました。

　これで飲食業界も閉店が減少するのではないかと思います。
残念なことに東岡崎駅前の「居酒屋　庄や」は閉店し他の業者が入所していました。

グループ客も入って、お店も一息ついた様です。

　また名古屋市の高畑駅の「居酒屋　村さ来」にキープボトルがあり、来週行って飲みに行こうと思います。
愛知県の緊急事態宣言、蔓延防止宣言がまた発令されない様に祈っています。

私は、新型コロナのワクチンを2回接種したので安心ですが、若年層、幼児はワクチン未接種の人が多数です。
今後、冬場に向かって感染者が増加し学校閉鎖が心配です。

　ワクチン接種について、私はワクチンを鼻に噴霧する提案をしたことがあります。（オリンピック前）
内閣官房室、北海道知事、東京都知事、愛知県知事、大阪府知事、沖縄県知事、岡崎市長のHPメール意見欄に提案し送信しました。
しかし、そのメールに回答があったのは岡崎市だけで、「厚生労働省の方針に沿っている」との回答でした。
ワクチン噴霧を試行する提案は実施されませんでした。
府県知事が未回答なのは、知事が読んでないか部下がメール選別で却下したか、無視されたかは不明です。

もしワクチン噴霧を試行し成功したなら感染爆発を防ぐことが出来たかもしれません。
重傷者や死者数が削減できたかもしれません。
「ワクチン噴霧は人体実験だ！」と批判が有るかもしれません。
希望者１００人に噴霧しても抗体効果が無いかもしれません。

　新型コロナ患者には抗体カクテル療法が有力な治療法で重症化を防ぐが、点滴で体内に投与するので病院に行く必要があります。
またアレルギーや副作用も人により有る様です。

さて岸田内閣は経済対策に舵を切って行くと思われますが、発足して間もなく日経平均が暴落しました。
株価急落 一時９００円超値下がり ２万８０００円台割り込み。
その原因は、中国恒大集団の３３兆円負債、原油価格高騰１バレル＝８０ドル台などです。

　また日本各地で地震が多発しており、千葉、埼玉、東京でも震度５が発生。それは東南海地震の前触れかもしれません。
そして地震や税収減少は日本中のインフラに影響します。

一周忌と相続

　母親が亡くなって1年が経ちました。
当初は葬式、書類手続き、遺産相続、税務申告など慌ただしい日々が続きました。
一人生活になって、掃除、洗濯、料理、ごみ出し、庭の手入れなど一人で全ての家事を行う日々です。
会社務めが無いので話し相手が無い、毎日会話の無い生活。
テレビとパソコンと読書と株式売買と散歩が私生活。
会話を求めてキャバクラ、ガールズバーで飲食し、また友人と定期的な飲み会をすることで孤独を克服しています。
ブログ記事は月1本のペースで作成しているが、ネタは新型コロナ関連が多くなっています。
1年間経って日々のむなしさを感じる毎日で、新型コロナが蔓延して旅行にも行けません。

そして1周忌法要の時期が来ました。
本来なら法要を案内するべきですが、今は新型コロナが蔓延し緊急事態宣言が出ており、
親戚を集めることは出来ないので1周忌法要を断念しました。
主な親戚には、お断りのはがきを送付し1周忌を辞退する旨を通知しました。

　母の命日9月11日、私だけが墓を訪れ供養をした次第です。
お盆に備えた花は枯れていたので新しい花に取り換え、墓石の清掃を行い雑草を取り除き、供養をしました。

私は一人息子で家族、子供も無く、私が死んだらこの墓を供養する人は居ません。
親戚は叔父、従弟となるのでこの墓は無縁仏になります。
よって10年位経ったら時期を見て墓じまいをする予定です。

　近年、一人息子、一人娘の家庭が多くなり、何方かを墓じまいしなければならず
先祖代々の墓を守ることが難しい状況になってきました。
私同様、永代供養への改葬をする必要があるでしょう。

　更に、一人生活の私には心配毎があります。

そして年間４００万円くらい消費しても災難が無ければ、２０年後には約1億円の資産が残る計算になります。
新型コロナで旅行も無く、居酒屋も休業状態、家飲みは材料費程度で安上がり。

益々貯蓄三昧です。

しかし私は凡人、贅沢は似合わない。

この冷蔵庫はナショナル製で十数年使用したので充分元は取れたと思うのですが、夏場に冷蔵庫が故障するのは対応が大変でした。

　まず、冷蔵庫の中では、肉、魚、野菜、冷凍食品など多くが２～３日から常温となり腐敗します。
冷蔵庫に中小の保冷剤が数個入っていたので、２～３日保てたのですが、無かったら1日しか持たなかったでしょう。

　故障が判明しスパーマーケットの買い物は中止。冷蔵庫内の食品を食べることに専念しました。
一人生活では、なかなか食品が減っていかず、冷蔵庫の中を空にするのに数日かかりました。
4日目以降は、毎日コンビニで氷を購入し冷蔵庫に入れ低温を維持しました。
また、食品は生食せず熱を通した炒め物、煮物を中心に献立しました。

　地震や台風、洪水や雷などで停電が長く続くことがあります。
マンションや住宅では、停電で生活出来なくなることが十分考えられます。
停電するとマンションは、エレベーターや給水が止まります。
屋上タンクにポンプ給水が出来なくなる。また制御盤が地下に有り、水没すれば長期停電する。

給水が止まると、炊事洗濯、トイレも使えません。
公共インフラは生命線と言えます。

・非常食3日分とポリタンク水２０L＊２本。
・非常電源（インバーター＋バッテリー）、乾電池、ソーラーパネル。
・カセットガスコンロ、予備カセット３本。
・保冷剤（中小数個）常時冷凍
・乾燥野菜：人参、キャベツ、ネギなどミックス。（購入又はベランダで乾燥させてローリングストックする。）
・シリアルフード、高野豆腐、乾燥わかめ、ビーフジャーキー。
・灯油（冬場）、自動車のガソリン給油は常時半分以上。
・段ボール箱、梱包テープ、プチプチクッション。（段ボール箱に保冷剤とクッション、食品を入れ2日程保存可能）
・非常袋、大型ビニール袋。簡易トイレ。
・地域マップ、ペン、用紙、薬手帳、その他事前に検討した備品。

台風、竜巻、雷、大雪、河川氾濫、土石流。東南海地震に新型コロナと大火災。
電気、ガス、水道の無い生活はサバイバルなのです。
