出版と寄贈（きぞう）
著書「1億人のスキル－人生の参考書－」は出版から3年たちました。
しかし、自費出版１０００部（内作家５０部）は全国の書店に配本されましたが、
無名作家で広告も無いので半数以上が売れませんでした。
（アマゾン、楽天販売：１１月中旬まで）
作家５０部は、退職先、友人、同級生や車両販売店、銀行、病院の先生など
地元の知人に差し上げました。
また、手持ちにて図書館にも寄贈しました。
岡崎市立中央図書館、名古屋市熱田図書館、豊橋市中央図書館、豊川市中央図書館、
静岡市立図書館、彦根市立図書館、京都府立図書館などです。
しかし、寄贈が却下された図書館は、
豊田市中央図書館、岐阜市立図書館、三重県立図書館などがあり
主な理由は、寄贈受付は無いため。満書のため。県外著者のため。郷土資料でないため。
蔵書不適当などでした。
やはり無名の作家では、自費出版の販売、読者開拓は苦労すると実感しました。
そして、2018年11月には５００部以上の売れ残りを処分判断することになりました。
その選択は、
①全て作家が引取。（郵送着払い）
②希望数を作家が引取。（郵送着払い）
③全て焼却処分。（無料）
①から③について、作家としてどうしたら良いか？かなり悩みました。
そしてその結論は、①の全て作家が引き取ることを選びました。
しかし、５００部以上を自宅で保管し販売するなど素人では無理です。
そこで、４７都道府県の約５００箇所（人口順）の各図書館をリストアップしHP
（ホームページ）を確認しました。
各図書館５００箇所でHPに寄贈の受付を記載しているところは約１０パーセント。
寄贈受付しない記載は約１０パーセント。
市条例や図書館方針などに記載は約１０パーセント。
記載無し不明のところは約７０パーセントでした。
それで、記載無しの図書館を北海道から青森、岩手に順に図書館に電話をし確認しました。
しかし、３０箇所を電話したところでギブアップしました。
とてもじゃないが、北海道から沖縄までの各図書館に電話することは出来そうもない。
何日か置いて、思い立ちました。
各図書館ではなく、「各市に寄贈したらどうか？」と考えたのです。
そして、市長から図書館長に提供なら蔵書の可能性も上がるかもしれません。
さっそく各市区町を約５００箇所（人口順）選定しリスト作成しました。
次に各市（区町）長に郵送する寄贈書類の案内文を作成しました。
そして、案内文をコンビニで５００部コピーを考えましたが、大変な労働力で
困難だと思いました。
そこで、岡崎で印刷業者を検索しましたが、もっと安い業者を発見。
ネット印刷のラクスル。A4の２チラシ５００部を2,500円で印刷。（クーポン使用）
カード決済、自宅から原稿をアップし、自宅に郵送してくれました。
まさに楽する印刷でした。

書籍５００部以上が届き、郵送をしている最中ですが、
梱包作業、梱包費、郵送料も個人支出は大変です。
そこで郵送方法は、郵便局のスマートレター１８０円を５００枚購入することにしました。
お届け先リスト、ご依頼主を貼り付け、寄贈本と案内文を入れ投函すれば完了です。

１２月中には各市区町宛に郵送完了の予定です。
（寄贈には合計約１０万円の出費を要しました。）
無名作家として苦労は絶えませんが、
各市（区町）長殿が「1億人のスキル－人生の参考書－」を読んで
行政運営に役立てば、寄贈した本たちも喜ぶと思うのです。

But such as keeping and selling more than 500 copies at home,
it's impossible by an amateur.
So I make a list of each library of about 500 points in 47 urban
and rural prefectures (the population order).
HP(Home page) was confirmed.
I'm going to indicate a reception of contribution on HP at each 500 libraries.

I made the telephone call to a library and checked it in turn.

The personal expenses are also serious packing work, the packing charge and postage.
So mailing method decided to buy 500 smart letters of 180 yen in a post office.
