これが影響するのって後見業務がメインかと思っていたら相続の遺産承継業務でも関わる事でした
遺産承継業務とは？？
被相続人の銀行預金や不動産等を解約したり売却したりして換金化された財産を専門の口座に一度入金して、その後遺産分割された内容に沿って相続人の口座に分配すること
簡単に説明するとこんな感じ
これが今までは行政書士は許されていなく非弁行為だと訴えられてしまった事もあるそうで今年の法改正で大きく変わると言われているポイントの一つだそうです
相続業務はできるけど最後に被相続人のお金を渡すタイミングに関われないなんて辛すぎる
本当に良かった法改正！！
ニュースを聞いて「ふーん」と思っても深掘りすると「そうだったの！」ってなりますね
