Verdict: My body turned out healthy overall, except that I am 'gravely anemic' and require treatment with daily iron intake!! こんなに肉食べてんのに、ド貧血診断？？何ヶ月もずっとテンション低かったのが理由のような。。ココロとカラダはひとつ。春は明るくさわやかに生きてみます。
