Raloxifene- DVTに注意

Raloxifeneはbreast, vaginaともにantagonistなのでCa.のリスクはないが、thromboembolismを↑するので、DVT既往のPtには禁忌。

Tamoxifeneはendometrial Ca.のリスクあり。
