Ahhh! It feels great to be back(albeit strangely hot...)!! Actually I cmae back like over a week ago but inertia and homework have thus prevented me from updating about my trip (;´▽`A``

I made a food journal of sorts but ameba AND my comp is screwing up on me hmph ((o(-゛-;) So I'll upload my pics next time.

So, now's the serious part.

I've never realised that there's this much to being a leader. You've seriously got to think of everything, take everyone's opinions into account, and make sense of whatever mess you're in when no one else can. I quote this Taiwan guy:

"A leader's not there to tell everyone what they should or should not do, but to be a signpost to guide them on their way"

We often think that as a leader, we're supposed to take responsibility for everything and make sure everyone does what we say. But in essence, a leader is one who knows when to step back and let others figure things out for themselves, and when to step in to guide them out of whatever mess they've created.

You could say that the trip's changed part of me significantly, I guess.

At least I've learnt(somewhat) to think before I speak (゜ρ゜)

Yeah... that's that. The rest of the experience can't be described in mere words.

Hope all these made some sense to you m(_ _ )m パンダ!! <-- that's random by the way. ha. ha. ha.
