Booking Policy
Online booking only. We do not accept reservations by phone, email, or walk-in.
All appointments must be booked at least 1 day in advance via our website.
Walk-in visits are not accepted. Please always book before visiting.

01 — What to Prepare
Brazilian Wax: No need to shave before your appointment. Please arrive with natural hair growth.
IPL Hair Removal: Please shave the treatment area yourself before your visit.
02 — Sun Exposure
Brazilian Wax: If you have had sun exposure or tanning, please wait at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
IPL Hair Removal: We are unable to perform IPL treatments on tanned or sun-exposed skin. Please avoid sun exposure before your visit.
Pigmentation Treatment: Avoiding direct UV exposure before and after treatment is strongly recommended.
03 — Pregnancy & Nursing
Brazilian Wax: Available during pregnancy and while nursing.
IPL Hair Removal: Not available during pregnancy or while nursing.
04 — Pigmentation Treatment: Contraindications
Please do not book this treatment if any of the following apply to you:
• Known allergy to avocado, pomegranate, or related ingredients
• Severely sensitive skin, atopic dermatitis, or skin conditions (including extreme dryness)
• Active inflammation, eczema, or herpes on the treatment area
• Currently pregnant, nursing, or within 3 months postpartum
• Unhealed wounds, injuries, or inflammation on the treatment area
• Photosensitivity (sensitivity to light)
• Long-term use of any medication (medical consultation may be required)
• Cosmetic or plastic surgery on the same area within the past month
• Diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, thyroid disorder, or viral infections such as hepatitis B or HIV
• Warts or growths on the skin — please consult a dermatologist first. Treatment is only available with written medical approval.
05 — Payment

06 — Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM the day before your appointment.
Please cancel through the online booking system.
