I'm actually going back to blogging here because one of my favourite people in the world just opened a blog. Hahaha. (* ^ O ^ *)
After two years, hello again, Ameblo Blog. I'm probably going to make sure to update you since I have stopped blogging completely for months now. I guess it's some sort of outlet especially when I want to show pics or just rant and rave about stuff.
Anyway, I want to send a message to the person who made me go back to this side of the net world. However, I currently don't have the courage to do that. Suddenly shy. Hahaha! Maybe next time. When I'm all better at Japanese. I can only write in English after all. I'm sure he can understand since he can read English perfectly, but I still want to be able to say something intelligent to him in Japanese. (# ⌒ ∇ ⌒ #)
That's it for now. Until next time. (* ^ ▽ ^ *)
I've been trying to hype myself up for the past few weeks. I've been busy doing my best to feel better, and I guess the imposed relaxation time is working wonders.
I'm not that big into shopping. In fact, it's one of those activities I detest with a passion. Well, unless it's shopping for books, music cds and perfume. The three things I love. Oh, I forgot sweets. I adore sweets. So that makes it four things I love.
Vocaloid and Nico Nico were introduced to me a year or so ago by Nikki, and I'm very thankful. They have provided me with an endless supply of music to choose from, new talents to adore and a huge array of personalities to like.
That's just it though, like is very different from love. As I read through posts in Nikki's Vocaloid Community called Ofurotaimu, I found myself a small core of people to love. And I mean love. It's a huge deal for me since I like a lot of things but love and treasure only a choice few. For example, I know a lot of utaite, I like most of them but so far, I love Dasoku (蛇足), Ren (【蓮】), Valshe (バルシェ) and Pokota (ぽこた) the most. Another example, I know a lot of Vocalo-Ps, I've heard their work, but I'm pretty biased when it comes to music genres and I ended up loving two out of all I like: natsuP and naopo (なおぽ).
Earlier, Len recommended a Vocaloid producer to me and I was fascinated with the work he has done (Thank you Len!). He features the genre of music I love most and and they made my day. The name of that producer is MachigeritaP. I was surprised that he was pretty young. He's like six years younger than I am and yet he can make such awesome music. ♥
I'm looking forward to his next masterpieces and will definitely listen to the ones he had already made. All of them. Hahaha. (-^□^-)
I'm off to do more prep work. Later! (^O^)/

As people age, they find themselves internalising every little thing - what they do wrong, what they do right, and what they plan on doing in the future.
I'm already 27, and in a few months, I'll be 28. Although I'm thankful for having the opportunity to live side by side with awesome parents and great friends, I can't help but be burdened by the 'what ifs' whenever I think about where I am and where I am heading. I think about the past - the little things I did that became the catalysts of the here and now.
Sometimes, I laugh at the absurdity of my past actions - all those times I didn't care for things I should have cared for and all those times I cared for things I shouldn't have cared for. But then in the middle of all the reminiscing, I am constantly reminded of the fact that if I didn't do those things, I wouldn't be where I am today. I wouldn't be with the friends I have today. I wouldn't have the education I've had the opportunity of immersing in, today.
The only entities constant in all of this - past, present and future - are probably my parents. I am grateful for them and I would do anything for them, even if it means sacrificing myself. I am not joking. This is probably the reason why I feel for Mulan (Disney) because we share the same family background. Almost. :)
I figured, the only things I really need are the things I have today. It would be great to gain more profitable and positive stuff, but the way things are, the less ambitious part of me (Around 40%, probably) is saying I'm content. Which is why I should stop obsessing over things and do my best to keep my head up and never give up. I mustn't give up.
Hahaha. I am blathering for a while now. I just hope that things get better soon on my end. Well, not just hope. I know it will get better. After all, there's no other way but up, right?
