I guess I have finally appreciated its complexities.
I mean, I've always liked tea, but not this much.
Now I am such a fan, I drink a ton of it every single day.
Hahaha. My favourite so far is mint tea - the Moroccan
variety. Without any sweetener. I just like it plain
and it's very refreshing.

I'm crediting this obsession to two things:
1. Schoolwork. Graduate school is keeping me busy,
what with all the Math and Statistics involved. As
well as do-S professors who seem to love giving out
homework. Tea relaxes me better than coffee.
I also seem to function more efficiently when I
drink tea while studying. It also makes me sleep
better. So it's a win-win thing for me. ♥

2. I have Muslim neighbours who have relatives in
West Asia. The family patriarch and matriarch have
taken a liking to us for some reason. I think it's because
My paents always give Tikoy (Nian Gao) before the
Chinese New Year, and I give them some of the
desserts or blended drinks I make. Hahaha. Once the
old couple learned my dad loves black tea and my mum
loves coffee, they started to give us flavoured teas
and coffee beans every harvest season. Since my dad is
not a fan of other types of tea except black, green and
Oolong, I started drinking tea as well. After a few years,
here I am, obsessing over tea. Hahaha. ♥
Earlier on Twitter, I mentioned that my dad seems to
notice that I've been drinking a lot of it in the past months.
Last night, he gave me a couple of cans of
green tea-infused ginger ale. I just finished a can of it
and I'm happy. I wasn't expecting it to taste good,
but it does. It is absolutely wonderful. ♥

That's it for now. I currently have a fever that won't go away.
The schoolwork and chores have a lot to do with it, I think. Haha.
I've been burning up for a couple or so days now, but it's okay.
I'm sure it will go away soon. Soon. ★★★
Until next time! ♥
